At City Roots Farm Foundation, we are dedicated to cultivating a hunger-free community by growing fresh, healthy food and distributing it to those who need it most. We believe that everyone deserves access to nutritious food, regardless of their circumstances. Our mission is to provide sustainability, hope and dignity to our neighbors in need while fostering a sense of community and connection among our volunteers, donors and recipients.

Our Farm

We are a small 3 acre farm in Bucks County Pennsylvania. We grow a variety of fruits and vegetables as well as a newly added cut flower garden for beautiful seasonal bouquets.
